Main Set: Combat Run with weight vest (or ruck sac)
L3: 30 min (run as far as you can)
- every 2 min stop and do 5 push ups and 10 squats
L2: 20 min
- every 2 min stop and do 5 push ups and 10 squats
L1: 15 min
- every 2 min stop and do 5 push ups and 10 squats
