Warm up!

Main Set:
Combat run:  Start running, every 5 min stop and do 10 or 20 reps of one of the following exercises:
- push ups, squats, hindu push ups, lunges, bear crawls, jumping jacks, Cossack squats etc., be creative. Run as far as possible in the time allotted.

L3: Go 60min

L2: Go 40 min

L1: Go 20 min
