Main Set:
L3:
- 20 min Jump Rope
- 150 Sand Bag Clean and Jerk (50-80lbs)*

L2:
- 10 min Jump Rope
- 100 Sand Bag Clean and Jerk (50-80lbs)*

L1:
- 5 min Jump Rope
- 50 Sand Bag Clean and Jerk (50-80lbs)*

*If you do not have a sand bag the sub with barbell Clean and Jerks
