All levels: set up 8, 6-9" hurdles or cones then complete 3 rnds:
2 foot hops
Single leg hops
lateral step and go
2 x 20sec rapid box touches
Then...
L3: 10 x 3 power cleans (heavy) and 5 rapid response box jumps
L2: 6 x 3 power cleans (heavy) and 5 rapid response box jumps
L1: 6 x 1 power clean (heavy) and 3 rapid response box jumps
Rest 1-1.5 min between rnds
Train Hard!
