Main Set: Power/Endurance
L3: 50 Bear Complexes w/sand bag

L2: 30 Bear Complexes w/ SB

L1: 20 Bear Complexes w/ SB

NOTE:  If you do not have a SB then you can sub with a barbell.

Train Hard!

L3: 80lb sand bag - wore full T/O. This took the session to a whole new level - I wasn't entirely prepared for this level and thus had a mind bending experience. I did live to tell of it though so, deep down I know it was good for me. But holy cow, what a tough session.
