Used 53,35,26 lb kb...this kick my A$$.

The first two ladders we didn't fight hard enough to control our breathing. So, we (three members of our crew) made it a bit more competitive for the last round and we were able to stretch it out by a significant margin.
I found that taking a deep nasal breath and holding for several seconds before exhilation helped me control my respirations and HR.
