3 x 5 Dead Lift
3 x 5/5 Pistol Squats (with
3 x 5 Pull ups
3 x 5 Dips

Dead lift @355lbs
Pistols 35lbs
Pull ups and dips 3 x 35lbs then had to drop to 26lb for last two sets.
