Main Set:
L3: 30 min "Fun Run"
2 min Run, 20 Thrusters, repeat until 30 min has passed
L2: 20 min "Fun Run"
2 min Run, 10 Thrusters, repeat until 20 min has passed
L1: 10 min "Fun Run"
1 min Run, 5 Thrusters, repeat until 10min has passed
No resting, you are either running or performing thrusters. You can rest when the workout is over!
Finish with :
3 sets of 30 Core Complex: L-sits, Planks, hanging knee to elbow, V-ups, Wipers, and slosh pipe to failure.

We (E39 "A")did this workout at the track subbing 400's in place of the 2min run. The 1/4's took about 1:45. I managed 10 rounds in the 30min. I have no idea how many anyone else completed I was busy laying flat surpressing the urge to blow chunks.
