Warm up!

Main Set:
L3, L2, &, L1: The Bear Complex
The Bear Complex: Power clean, Front squat, Push press, Back squat, Push press and back to the floor - that's 1 - touch and go for the rest of your reps.

5 rnds of 7 reps
Rules:
- do not put the bar down once you have begun a round.
- rest 1:30 between each round
- and add 10 lbs to the bar each round
