L3: 5 rnds (Heavy)

- 40 yard Yolk carry*
Then... 3x max weighted pull up & max weighted dips
L2: 3 rnds (Heavy)
- 10 Dead Lifts
- 40 yard Yolk carry*
Then... 3x max weighted pull up & max weighted dips
L1: 2 rnds (Heavy)
- 10 Dead Lifts
- 40 yard Yolk carry*
Then... 3x max weighted pull up & max weighted dips
*if you have a yolk that's great, carry on! For the rest of us who do not own a yolk, here's the plan: Load your barbell in a squat stand. Get under it, stand up with it and come out of the rack and take it for a walk. Concentrate on keeping your core nice and tight. Have fun!
