20 min Stair/tower climb (climb as many as possible in the time alloted)
Then... 5 rnds
- 40 yard tire pull
- 5 sand bag clean
- 40 yard sand bag carry
- 5 dead lift heavy

L2: 15min Stair/tower climb
Then... 3rnds
- 40 yard tire pull
- 5 sand bag clean
- 40 yard sand bag carry
- 5 dead lift heavy

L1: 10min stair /tower climb
Then...2 rnds
- 40 yard tire pull
- 5 sand bag clean
- 40 yard sand bag carry
- 5 dead lift heavy
