L3: 10 rounds
40 Jump rope double unders
20 push ups
40 yard weighted sled push*
20 pull ups
L2: 6 rnds
40 Jump rope double unders
20 push ups
40 yard weighted sled push*
20 pull ups
L1: 3 rnds
100 jump rope single unders
20 push ups
40 yard weighted sled push*
10 pull ups
*If you do not have a sled you can place a weight plate on top of a towel. Then push and it will slide across the floor with out tearing it up. If that does not work you may have to get creative and push your pick up
