L3: Go heavy
- 5 x 5 Over head squat
- 5 x 5 Press
- 5 x 3 Dead lift
then...
3 rnds of:
- 10 hanging knee to elbow
- 20 sit ups
- 40 flutter kicks

L2:
- 5 x 5 Over head squat
- 5 x 5 Press
- 5 x 3 Dead lift
then...
2 rnds of:
- 10 hanging knee to elbow
- 20 sit ups
- 40 flutter kicks

L1:
- 5 x 5 Squat
- 5 x 5 Press
- 5 x 3 Dead lift
then...
1 rnd of:
- 10 hanging knee to elbow
- 20 sit ups
- 40 flutter kicks

-OHS: started with 155 and had a problem with my knee the 1st or 2nd rep (don't think I properly warmed up) so I went down to 115 for 3 sets, 135 on 4th set and 155 on last.
