L1: 5 rounds for time
- 2 pull ups
- 5 wall ball tosses
- 10 Jumping scissor squats

Only had a 6lb med ball, making the the effort a touch easier. i would like to have had a 14-20lb med ball.

*The time includes 2 breaks that we took...I didn't properly warm up so my knee acted up on the first wall ball attempt...so I warmed it up and we had to set up the playpen for our lil one...Mac.

D-lo, I think I make my time up on the wall ball. I have a secret trick.

After I toss the ball I begin dropping into my next squat and by the time I'm at the bottom the ball has come back down and I can start going up with the ball in position.

Does that make sense?
Also, My kids are bigger, if they get in the way I just run'em over ;-)
