I really started dying in the 6th and 7th rnd then had a nice surge at the end when I could see the "barn"
Strong work Rayne...remember when we were talking about people having different strengths? I think yours is definately these timed events...you haul ass!
L3 for Aimee and I: Aimee used 35lb and I wussed out with the 44lb.
Our time was 35:45. We did it together so Aimee could have probably knocked off a couple of minutes (she is a much better runner than me).
This was the second part of a two-a-day because we didn't workout yesterday.
