- 20 pull ups
- 30 push ups
- 40 sit ups
- 50 squats
L2: 5 rnds w/ exactly 3min rest between rnds
- 10 pull ups
- 15 push ups
- 20 situps
- 25 squats
L1: 5 rnds w/ exactly 3min rest between rnds
- 5 pull ups
- 7 push ups
- 10 sit ups
- 13 squats

Aimee: 28:27 w/assisted pull ups (but they are definately improving)
Dave: 29:33 (pulls ups have gotten alot better but still struggled to finish 20 as the rounds went on)
Moral of our pull up stories...it's about progress, not perfection.

Make no mistake D-Lo, we all struggled to finish the pullups. Some of us (who names rhyme with Santino!) just struggled faster ;-)
