then... on the final snatch do 30 lunges w/ the barbell in the overhead position
L2: 3 rnds
- 5 Power snatches
then... on the final snatch do 30 lunges w/ the barbell in the overhead position
L1: 3 rnds
- 2 Power snatches
then... on the final snatch do 10 lunges w/ the barbell in the overhead position

1st rnd @95lbs (nearly killed me)
got a call...
2nd round @ 75lbs - got a call...
3rd @75lbs - got a call...
4th @ 75lbs - got a call...
and 5th @75 - They finally left us alone
This session should have taken about 10-15min but with all the "emergency breaks" it took me about 4 hours :-)
Aimee: 45lbs. finished in 15:50
Dave: Rounds 1-3 95lbs Rounds 4-5 75lbs* finished in 21:30.
*Full disclosure: I had to put the barbell down in between 15-20 reps of the lunges.
