Main Set:
L3: 3 rounds for time
15 Dead Lifts (moderate weight)
10 Burpees

L2: 2 rounds for time
15 Dead Lifts (moderate weight)
10 Burpees

L1: 2 rounds for time
10 Dead Lifts (Light weight)
5 Burpees




Remember, this is an unloading week, good movement and reduced intensity are the critical factors.
