L1: Mocerate Loading (focus on correct movement)
5 x 3 Over Head Squat
5 x 5 Back Squat
1 x 5 Dead Lift

Yeah, that guys bike handling skills and balance are beyond my comprehension. It's all I can do to stay up on two wheels
