So this seems like a program based upon crossfit principles. Have you looked into that program?

Hi Zarsky,

I'm not a crossfit trainer, however, I do believe crossfit has a great method and as such I use a similar model. Multi-modal exercises with compound movements are the gateway to "real" health and fitness.
