Warm up!

Main Set:
L3:
- 10min kb complex:
keep the kb moving use any movement you know.
- 3x15 ring dips.
- 10 min slosh pipe overhead hold (sub empty barbell)


L2:
- 6 min kb complex
- 3x8 ring dips
- 5 min slosh pipe overhead hold (sub empty barbell)


L1:
- 3 min Kb complex
-3x5 ring dips
- 2 min slosh pipe overhead hold (sub empty barbell)
