L3: As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 min
- 5 Clean & press (light weight)
- 10 push ups
- 15 air squats
- 20 sit ups
L2: AMRAP in 10 min
- 5 Clean & press (light weight)
- 10 push ups
- 15 air squats
- 20 sit ups
L1: AMRAP in 6min
- 3 clean and press (light weight)
- 5 push ups
- 7 air squats
- 10 sit ups

In order to be lean and mean, like Gunny, you must eat lots of veggies, lean meats and fish. NO Jelly Donuts!
