Kettle bell thrusters

Two rounds of a ladder 1-10-1
Kettle bell thrusters
L1:
One ladder 1-10-1
Kettle bell thrusters
Breath Ladders:
In between reps on the ladder rest only long enough to take as many breaths as you have reps: For example; rep 1, take one breath then move on to rep two and so on as your reps increase so does your rest interval. The better breath control you have the more rest you get. You need to go hard during your work cycle and breath as many times as you like while executing reps. Again, rest only long enough to take as many breaths as you did reps, 10 reps = 10 breaths. Sounds simple enough!
Kirk, bear crawls better then most bears I know.
Happy training
