Warm up!

Main Set:
L3:
50 Man Builders w/ 20yard over head dumb bell walk

L2:
30 Man Builders w/ 20yard over head dumb bell walk

L1:
10 Man Builders w/ 20yard over head dumb bell walk


You may be asking yourself what the heck is a Man Builder? Great question!
Man Builder, not a PC name but your gonna be cussing like a sailor and that aint PC neither, so, lets not quibble about the little stuff!


Man Builder: Start w/ two Dumb Bells (DB) in your hands, feet shoulder width apart squat down placing DBs on floor next to your feet. Thrust into push up position, execute a push up, then row left side, row right side. Come back into deep squat position, then stand up and clean DBs to front rack position and finally, thrust them over head. That is one rep of the man builder.



Additionally, for the posted WOD you will keep weights over head, lock out and walk 20 yards. Then repeat!
