New year's eve celebratory workout, two choices:
#1 The famous "300" for 6.693 rounds for 2008 reps!
rounds 1-6
25 pullups
50 dead lifts
50 push ups
50 box jumps
50 wipers
50 single arm clean and press
25 pullups
round .693
17.5 for pull ups & 35 for all other excersises.

#2:
1000 hindu squats
700 hindu push ups
308 pull ups
=2008 reps
Do it all in one shot or break down into 10 rounds:

Happy New year, we made 2008 reps, it wasn't pretty, but we (E39 members)did it.
