This week is an "unloading period." The intensity and load are reduced in-order to allow your body to rest and absorb the training we have done up to this point.
Warm up
10 in easy cardio
3sets of 10 reps
-push ups
-sit ups
-air squats
Main set
-30min cario of your choice, easy pace
- every 10min stop, drop and pop out an easy 10 push ups followed by 20 sit ups then resume your cardio
