-Cleans w/empty oly bar
Main Set
Tabata interval (20secs work:10secs rest for 8 rounds - 4min total/round)
Round #1
- Hanging Cleans (.5 body weight)
Round #2
- Kb push press (alternate arms on each work cycle, use light weight)
