Warm up
Jump rope 5min
3 sets 10-15 reps
- L sits
- Air squats
- Hindu push ups
Main Set
Pyramid: do each exercise in succession, 1 rep, then 2 then 3 etc...until you can do no more.
Ring Pull ups (use straight bar if rings not available)
Ring Dips (use regular dip rack if no rings are available)
Back squats w/ 95lbs.
