Warm up

3 sets of 10
pull ups
hindu squats
sit ups

Main Set

10 rounds

1 min Jump Rope (as quickly as you can)
5 OHS w/ 75lbs (add or sub lbs as needed)
10 hindu push ups

The Box Jump


The Starting Position - standing, feet shoulder width apart, dip down and explode upward.


Mid Air


Finish - Land on top, hips fully extended
