Group work out, meeting at fs13 0830

If you are not able to make the group workout:

Warm up

3sets of 10-15reps

Hindu squats
Push ups
Sit ups
Pull ups

Main set

10 sets for time

5pull ups with 5dips
10 Kettle bell presses (per arm)
15 air squats

Today's workout @ FS13 was fantastic. It warmed my heart to see such a large group throw down such a savage perfromance. Thanks to the gang at 13s for letting us play in thier bay. And special thanks to Lish and Scott for hosting the "party!"

Hey Rayne,
Scott and I had so much fun yesterday at 13; the attitude there was awesome. Everybody worked hard and competed so well for the "unknown". Thank you everybody for coming; hope you enjoyed it (and any pain you felt, I know I did) and would love to see you all again.
