Warm up!

A good warm up prior to an intense training session is important in the prevention of injury. Here are a few example warm up routines:

5minutes walking or running
3 rounds of 5-10 reps
Push ups
Sit ups
Over head squats (w/broom stick)
End with light stretching

or

3-5 min Jump rope
1 min Kettle bell swings
3 sets 5-10 reps of
Air squats
Jumping pull ups
Push ups
End with light stretching

or

5 min cardio of your choice
3 sets of 5-10 reps
Hindu squats
Hindu Push ups
Jumping pull ups
End with light stretching
