Main Set:
L3: Work Up to Max rep Clean and Jerk
- Drop 20% from max and complete 10 C&J

L2: Work Up to Max rep Clean and Jerk
- Drop 30% from max and complete 5 C&J

L1: Clean and Jerk technique practice
