Warm up!


Main Set: Power
L3: 10 rnds w/30 secs rest
- 3 High Box jumps
- 3 heavy sand bag cleans (on third lift, toss bag over your head)
- 40 yard sprint

L2: 5 rnds w/30 secs rest
- 3 High Box jumps
- 3 heavy sand bag cleans (on third lift, toss bag over your head)
- 40 yard sprint


L1: 5rnds w/ 1min rest
- 3 Box jumps
- 3 sand bag cleans (on third lift, toss bag over your head)
- 40 yard sprint

We didn't run a clock, We did race each lap though making for some very high heart rates :-) 30 secs rest became a little short towards the end.
