Main Set: Testing
You may have noticed by now that we are doing max effort testing this week. This will allow you to establish a baseline or measure progress for those of you who have tested previously. Give yourself plenty of rest between each effort and of course - go heavy, go hard and go fast!
- 300 yard shuttle run*
- 1 rep max Over Head Squat
- 1 rep max Front Squat
*300 yard shuttle run: set up two cones 25 yards apart, then run down and back 6 times (300yards)
