5 pull ups
10 dips
15 air squats

L2: AMRAP in 10min
5 pull ups
10 dips
15 air squats

L1: AMRAP in 10 min
3 pull ups
6 dips
9 air squats

About half way through I started failing on the dips. So, in order to keep moving, I began doing jumping dips on the rings (jump up then do the negative movement) Dips are one of my "goats" and they kicked my rear end today.
